The quick answers are below. If yours is not, write to us and a person will reply, usually within two working days.
No. You can browse the Heartists and play tracks without one. To follow artists, keep playlists, buy music or merchandise and join fan clubs, create a free account.
Check your spam folder, then ask for a new link from the sign-in page: enter your password and choose “Resend”. The link works for 48 hours. You can also sign in with Google or Facebook, which needs no confirmation.
Use “Forgot your password?” on the sign-in page. We email you a link that works once, and signing in with it ends your other sessions.
Coins are the balance you use inside Heartist: ten coins are one euro. You top up in the store and spend them on tracks, releases, fan clubs and more. They cannot be turned back into money.
Open your orders in the store to see the status, then write to us with the order. We refund what is justified, in coins or to your payment method.
Sign up as an artist or manager. You get a profile to share posts, music, releases and a shop, free. Publishing your profile makes it public; the catalogue in the listener app is curated by our team.
A personal press kit (EPK) that you can edit and publish at your own link, with the tools to turn contacts into bookings. It is a one-off upgrade for life.

Only the people working on that artist's workspace. The promoters, clubs and agencies you list are never told, and never shown to other users.
